New Approaches to Learning Measurement

Originally proposed way back in the 1950s, the four-level Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation has achieved broad consensus as a valid measurement approach. However, the problem with this approach is that, for a variety of reasons, it’s usually a one-off measurement—one which doesn’t lend itself towards a sustainable learning measurement strategy.
