The survey’s total sample size has grown to more than 1,300 participants, allowing us to continue to provide an evolving picture of L&D’s relationship with measurement.
The 2020 survey finds that although big data and impact measurement remain very important for workplace learning, many organizations are stuck relying on basic measurements. This year’s report offers real-world examples of organizations addressing key issues identified in the data, and advice on breaking down some common measurement barriers.
