NetDimensions Joins LEO Learning as Part of LTG

LEO Learning is delighted to announce that parent company Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) has successfully acquired NetDimensions (now part of PeopleFluent), a global enterprise solutions provider of talent and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

The acquisition is set to revolutionise the way LEO Learning does business by completing the range of capabilities required to deliver a full-service offering and provide dynamic, end-to-end solutions to our global client base. The deal will expand LEO Learning’s geographical reach, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.

“LEO Learning is excited to welcome NetDimensions into the Group,” said Dale Solomon, MD of LEO Learning. “This acquisition gives LEO Learning the ability to provide an enterprise talent and learning management solution along with our existing services, which include elearning, games and consulting capability. We are now able to offer our clients a complete end-to-end solution.”

Founded in 1999, NetDimensions’ award-winning suite of learning products provides organisations with talent management solutions to personalise learning, share knowledge, enhance performance, foster collaboration and manage compliance programmes for employees, customers, partners and suppliers.

NetDimensions’ business is headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in the United Kingdom, the United States and Germany. The acquisition will bring exciting cross-selling capabilities for LEO Learning as well as the Group’s other operating businesses.

“This acquisition allows NetDimensions to focus on its core capability as a world-class expert while having a financially strong parent company to enable growth,” said Jonathan Satchell, Chief Executive of LTG. “NetDimensions has created an excellent Software as a Service-based LMS solution that stands out in a mature and crowded market, particularly from a compliance and verifiable learning perspective. NetDimensions brings an important proprietary platform to LTG and LEO Learning, which will sit alongside and complement our existing Moodle solutions business.”
