LEO Learning has won the award for Excellence in the Design of Learning Content: UK Commercial Sector (bronze) at the 2018 Learning Technologies Awards.
Godiva and LEO Learning received the award for ‘The Godiva Global Chocolate Mastery Program’, a mobile-first elearning solution that was paired with multi-level game ‘Chocolate Quest: Guardians of the Cocoa Bean’ to form a visually engaging blended learning programme.
Judges praised the solution for combining learning expertise and the client’s marketing style to create a game that ‘translated directly to in-store experiences’. Follow-up evaluation by Godiva has also shown that boutiques whose staff completed the programme are experiencing stronger year-on-year sales growth than those who did not.
“We’re so pleased our work with LEO Learning has been recognised with this award. The Global Chocolate Mastery Program is an exceptional program that has received very positive feedback from our learners,” said Karina Chiechi, Senior Manager Learning and Development (North America), Godiva.
“It’s an honour to be recognised once again at the Learning Technologies awards,” said James Greenwood, Managing Director, LEO Learning. “The continued success of LEO Learning is all down to the talent and hard work of our team and The Global Chocolate Mastery Program is an excellent example of the solutions we can deliver for our clients.”
