The International Labour Organization reports that forced labor is the most common form of modern slavery. Forty million people across the world are estimated to be victims of modern slavery. Almost 25 million of those are in forced labor. A person in forced labor has been coerced to work through violence, intimidation or other threats, such as being reported to immigration authorities.
To tackle the problem, LEO and Stronger Together have previously partnered on modern slavery courses for global and UK businesses, as well as specific training for recruiters and supervisors.
